Outdoor Movie Night at MMCC - Friday, June 23rd

Mid Michigan Community College (MMCC) will offer an outdoor movie night on the lawn of the Harrison Campus with festivities beginning at 8pm. This event is free and everyone is encouraged to attend. Families will enjoy watching Disney’s Live Action Beauty and the Beast on a large outdoor screen, and kids can get photos taken with and autographs from movie characters. Attendees should bring their own lawn chair or blanket and refreshments will be available for purchase with proceeds benefitting Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society leadership projects.

“We’re so excited to bring this fun, family-friendly event to the community,” noted Tammy Alvaro, MMCC’s Director of Student Advancement. “Our students have shown great enthusiasm for this project and enjoy giving back to the community.”

Harrison Sportsman's Club Appreciation Day and Open House - 
Saturday, June 24th

Gates open at 10:00am. Come take a tour of our Club and see the gun ranges and hand gun range. Food and beverages available around noon while supplies last. Ron Wilson will present a seminar on Mushrooms, Wildflowers, and Herbs at 1:00pm. Walk the Club's trail with 28 3D targets and check out the Clubhouse indoor archery and Jr. rifle range used during winter months. Club is located at 3604 North Harrison Avenue in Harrison.
